He gave the impression that he had plenty of time--completely unrushed--yet was very efficient. I was in and out quickly, even though I had procedures in both ears and several questions. The office staff also seemed relaxed and efficient. The only non-family style part is that you now book your appointments through the central scheduler at USC/Keck. It's a little impersonal but the advantage is you can call to book appointments when the clinic is closed. Dr. Hubanks maintains quite limited hours in La Canada so be aware you can reach the scheduler even when the clinic is closed.”
