“Products were in great condition and came with complimentary, long black socks (which I did not have). The staff was by far the best part of the experience. I had no idea what I was looking for on my first visit, but a staff member helped me go through the options and gave great recommendations. I liked what we ended up picking together, and others did too! When I came back to try on the rental, the staff was yet again very kind and helpful with making sure everything fit well and getting me ready for my event. “Damaged my passenger front quarter panel in an accident with a substantial deductible that I couldn’t afford and figured my 1 year old car was ‘just like this now.’ John (Dad) approached me in a Safeway parking lot and told me what this family business does- Cover the deductible Cover the loaner car Fix the car via your insurance I was skeptical, but information is free, so 2 weeks later I scheduled an appointment. Nick was waiting for me and couldn’t have been kinder. An unassuming shop, clearly as Mom n Pop as it gets. He explained how they work- they own both the rental company and the body shop, so one hand feeds the other. They know the insurance guys, contacted them, and had me contact the assessor. Drove me down the street, gave me a loaner car. 11 days later my car is back to bran new, $0 out of pocket. Ronnie Nick and John gave me the best, genuine, and kind customer service I’ve ever experienced in vehicle work. I can’t recommend these guys enough, and I wish I could find more words to say to anyone in their ethic and execution. If your car is damaged call these guys FIRST and let them get to work!!!”

“I've gotten all my scrubs from UA. They've gotten more selections as far as brands through the years. They also have a website toy can order from but I prefer to try mine on since each brand looks and feels different. Ther best part I love about UA is that they carry petite sizes. Being 5'2" it's already hard to find pants with the right length, so these petite sizes are perfect. The customer service is also great. Every time I visit, the employees are very welcoming and helpful. They didn't have the color scrubs I wanted in store so they were happy to order for me.”
