“Lakewood Banfield provided great care and customer service. They were even able to assist in getting all my pets scheduled in one day, which was very convenient (5). This is important as a different location was not as helpful. All pups were treated and happy little energy cuties. Pretty sure 1 of my doggies got nervous when another girl dog came in for her appointment. Too cute”

“My kitten is only 11 months and she had a mass in her mouth for 7 months prior. I brought her here and they explained the possibilities of what it could be. They also warned me of the expenses of the lowest possible price and the highest possible price. The best part of this is that they broke down each price on a typed list so you'd know why it costed that price. My cat required anesthesia, dental work, and an extraction on an infected tooth along with a few more things. She was treated with kindness the entire time and allowed me to drop her off at 8:30am and pick her up from work at 5:30pm. I had verbal and written instructions on how to care for her, as well as, the medication (included in the original price list) The doctor showed me photos of her X-Rays and explained what was wrong with her. Today she had her follow up and they treated her so well. Everything is okay and she is expected to now have a normal cat life. I really love this vet. It's very clean and really cute overall.”
