“My name is Christina, I called after hours and left a message. Don called me in the morning and I was able to return his call later that afternoon. My mother gave me a little gesture like doll sitting on a rotating pillow about 10 years ago. My niece broke it like 7 years ago, and I have been unable to fix it. My mother passed away last year, so I’ve taken a renewed interest in the doll. I emailed Don the pictures of what I had and he walked me through being able to fix it. I really needed this today and I really appreciate the time that he spent while I sent him the pictures and while I was working on the music box. I took it out of the pillow and ultimately repaired it. Thank you so much Don. Much appreciated.”
