Lowe's is a lifesaver for appliances! I needed a new washer/dryer for my condo, which is on the third floor. I originally ordered one to be delivered and installed from Best Buy. The delivery people Best Buy hired came THREE times and refused to install my washer/dryer each time because of the 2 flights of stairs they would have to go up. They kept saying they needed more men to help them. My fiancé offered to help move the washer/dryer up the stairs, but they said no and left. After this happened the third time, I canceled my order and went to Lowe's. Lowe's delivers their appliances themselves rather than hiring an outside group like Best Buy. Lowe's delivered and installed my washer/dryer the next day after I ordered it. Just a team of two men and they carried the washer/dryer up the stairs like champs. No complaints about the stairs. When I told them about the Best Buy debacle, they said, "it's not that they couldn't carry it up the stairs, it's that they didn't want to". Please save yourself the frustration and go to Lowe's to purchase appliances! Best Buy is great for other items, but not appliances. Until Best Buy hires better delivery people, do NOT purchase appliances from them! Just go to Lowe's! The delivery people were very nice, hardworking men and represented Lowe's well.

Lowe's is just so much more laid back than other stores of it's sort. Fair prices large huge selection knowledgeable staff and clean put together stuff

Super helpful staff. I visited lows after giving my mother a TV for Christmas. She didn’t have a drill so I got that for her too. Blink Amazon cameras? Sure. Why not? They are the same price at Lows as they are on Amazon. Remember the days when Amazon was cheaper? I love that you can go to stores and find the same price there as you would on Amazon.
