“Update: I received a call today from Luis- thank you! As Luis promised I received a subsequent call from Carina in scheduling. I'm almost there for an actual appt! I called yesterday to make an appointment. No answer and a message directed me to request an appt online. I did. There was a 714 number to call if I hadn't heard back in 24 hrs. I called the number a few min ago. I got someone's voicemail! Seriously? I have a job! There is no consideration for patient appointment requests by phone or online. I'm not impressed so far. How am I supposed to trust this office with my eyes?”
