When I made my reservation I thought I choose the Hilton. But when I pulled up I was happy I selected this hotel. The location was perfect, easy access to the highway and plenty of places to eat. The check in was flawless and the front desk attendants were professional and friendly. I met the GM while staying here and she was pleasure to interact with. The rooms were clean and had everything I could have needed. The real shocker was breakfast. I normally skip the free breakfast because it usually sucks, but I was surprised at the quality and presentation. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and professional. There was a fire alarm during my stay and when I came outside the had chilled bottled water waiting for us. That 5 star service at a 3 star price. Kuddos to the entire team.

Visited Hyatt for 2 nights and was very pleased; hotel lobby is clean and rooms were clean and spacious; breakfast was delicious and clean and variety of selections; just wish they would keep coffee available all the time. Plenty of parking spaces; The garbage by the elevators tend to fill up very fast so it needs to be attended to more often as the garbage on my floor was full for an entire day and half. My check-in was a bit slow since they only had one person but when I finally got attended to she was very helpful. Upon checking out there was no one at the desk so asked housekeeping to assist. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Hotel is well mainted and close to shopping and restaurants. If in the area again, I will return.

The Hyatt never disappoints 💯I would definitely recommend to other solo female travelers. Very safe area! I arrived at 130am because my flight was delayed but when I arrived I was relieved to see a security guard at the entrance 💪🏼Safety First Ladies!!
Excellent stay! Beautiful clean entrance, lounge and the rooms are clean and cozy and spacious! Breakfast was delicious. Real scrambled eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes. They also have bagels, breads, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffees and a Starbucks 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I wish I would have remembered to take photos but the photos on google maps are legit!!
