“This is the best experience I've had in retail! I called about a leather jacket, unfortunately it was a non-carry forward style. Lana, was able to find an alternative option and have it sent to the store for me to try on while she was on holiday. When I arrived, the sales team (Joanna) and her associate could tell I did not love the jacket -- maybe because I was moving back and forth trying to make it work. Luckily, their intuition paid off and they found an alternative style for me (which happened to be exactly what I wanted, but couldn't find)! I made the purchase immediately. I came back for a fitting a few weeks later with their tailor and also purchased a pair of shoes. The jacket was delivered via courier to my home today. The experience has been exceptional. I will definitely be back. Due to the great experience, I may have gone a bit crazy and purchased more Balmain than I had intended to this season.
