“My son has trained at Freedom Martial Arts & Fitness for almost 2 months. Master Adam Parth is a skilled, respectful and kind mentor. This is an intentional space where kids build their confidence and get clear direction. I highly recommend!”

“Great gym, great staff, good equipment! I have been a member here for a few years and I am happy to have been one. Unfortunately, over the past year, the gym has been incrementally being taken over my what appears to be incredibly large groups of high school students who come in groups of 10 or more. The gym is small as it is, and not even considering the pandemic, the capacity constantly feels strained. Unless you come at certain times (early morning), be prepared to wait 10-15 min for any equipment. If you need a squat rack, it make take upwards of 40 min for one those to free up (especially if a group of friends is spread among all 3). I have seen one teen spend about 70 min on the squat rack, performing sets of 1 rep before resting for 10 min and chatting with his friends, who are using the rack next to his, who also chat in between sets with their friends on the next rack over. This is not a criticism of the gym itself; like I said, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my membership here over the years. It is just becoming unbearable with the crowd. Whenever I see a sign or email announcing some kind of promotion, my heart sinks further lol. I think it’s time to move on to another gym! Thanks for everything so far. Maybe I’ll come back if you expand or change your capacity limit. 😊🙏”

“I am sincerely impressed with Virginia’s skill set, professionalism, and expertise. She strikes an ideal blend of keeping things fresh by continually adding new exercises while simultaneously keeping some consistent movements, which leads toward mastery. It is clear how much attention to detail she puts into the preparation for her Zoom classes. I am so grateful for these classes, which provide me with both convenience and accountability. Plus, she is lively and gracious, all while providing clear instruction and expert demonstration. I give Virginia my most sincere and hearty recommendation.”

“Place is kept clean and they have a good selection of machines to work out on. Coming in and out of there the staff is friendly and easy going. The music might be my favorite part, they play classic alternative punk; Blink 182, All American Rejects, etc. Devon, one of the staff members there, was very helpful. All in all, definitely gonna keep coming back. Side note, I live in Los Angeles , that's a hell of a drive if it wasn't a good place to work out.”

“A great gym! This gym features Rouge equipment with plenty of weights and not enough benches. It's a smaller gym and has many great things going for it. But some days the wait for a bench or a power rack can be as much as 10-15 minutes. I now feel spoiled going to my home gym, Golds in Pasadena. All together, I enjoy working out at the fitness center, but love my main gym more.”
