“I started working with Chris this week and I must say he is not only a great person but a great trainer. He makes sure he knows your body and all your pain points and weaknesses and works with them to strengthen them without hurting you which is the sign of a real professional. You get personal attention and I like the boutique feel of the gym. I'm not into huge classes or crowded gyms. Chris and his partner Natalie know what they are doing and they're not expensive either. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You will feel better immediately!”

“I love this place! I also work out in Santa Monica location which is why i tried Sherman Oaks when i am working up in the Valley. The sherman oaks location is super convenient — and the space is stunning! Love the artwork and tile in the bathrooms. Also love that they have different classes from San Mo and some different instructors. It’s a tough workout and always so nice to be in the studio.”
