“This is such a clean bird store! I haven’t seen such well maintained bird store in LA before. The birds look super happy and the store is well stocked with beautiful conures, finches, cockatiels, and more. The owner is super friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. He also has bird supplies and dog food as well. Overall this is a wonderful shop and I look forward to visiting and getting a bird from here!”

“We have wanted a pond for a very long time, but really did not know anything about them, so we decided to start by talking to pond contractors. Everyone we talked to was more interested in just selling a cookie cutter hole in the ground, and seemed to be in a hurry to just sell something. Then we met Hal. I was first impressed because he took an interest in teaching us about ponds so we could make our own decisions about exactly what WE wanted. He took his time and showed us a lot of his work and asked us a lot of questions. We discussed different options for location, equipment size, rocks, plants, fish, and also to how much time we wanted to spend on maintenance. We decided to have him build our pond and everything went really well. We are so happy and it turned out great. He also took us to Sunland Water Gardens and helped us pick out fish and plants for the pond. It was a bit of a scary progress in the beginning, but Hal helped so much. Now we have an amazing pond that is the centerpiece of our yard. We spend so much family time at the pond, I wish we did it sooner! We would highly recommend Pacific Ponds and Design!”

“This is the third time I call Andrew to clean the carpets in my rental condo. This time there was a tear in the carpet that Andrew repaired it in a masterly fashion. Carpets look fresh and very clean once again. The first time carpets were so dirty that I was thinking of replacing them but thought to try to clean it first. I called Andrew upon the recommendation of a friend and to our surprise all the dirt came off and carpets looked really nice. Ever since, I never hesitate to call upon Andrew. His fees are quite reasonable and it is always a pleasure to work with him. I cannot recommend Andrew strong enough.”

“Air conditioner quit. Great customer service - they set up a portable unit to tide us over until a new one was installed. We felt like they were knowledgeable, honest, professional, and went above & beyond. They presented several options with no “sales-speak”. They made several recommendations to improve efficiency, not just sell you a unit and do the bare minimum to install. Good customer service is so rare in today’s world - it is obviously a priority to them. Definitely recommend them.”
