“This is the third time I call Andrew to clean the carpets in my rental condo. This time there was a tear in the carpet that Andrew repaired it in a masterly fashion. Carpets look fresh and very clean once again. The first time carpets were so dirty that I was thinking of replacing them but thought to try to clean it first. I called Andrew upon the recommendation of a friend and to our surprise all the dirt came off and carpets looked really nice. Ever since, I never hesitate to call upon Andrew. We felt like they were knowledgeable, honest, professional, and went above & beyond. They presented several options with no “sales-speak”. They made several recommendations to improve efficiency, not just sell you a unit and do the bare minimum to install. Good customer service is so rare in today’s world - it is obviously a priority to them. Definitely recommend them.”
