“After looking for kitchen space for my new bakery, I met with the kitchens and was immediately made to feel welcome and at home. I was able to rent space on an hourly rate - something not easily found- until I was able to rent a full time kitchen which is now the case. The facilities are brand new, with the best equipment, meticulously clean and with ample storage. Not only is the space perfect for our needs, but I was supported and guided through the licensing process, and have always had the most responsive and professional interactions with the facility managers. Also during COVID, health and safety measures are adhered to strictly which gives us a sense of comfort. I can not recommend these kitchens enough and their understanding of the current needs of business owners in a challenging environment.”

“On 12/9/2017 We recently went to get a Christmas tree, we were being assisted by Adrian. We had just picked our tree and our daughter began to have a seizure. Because we were in the area just stopping by to check out the trees, we did not know our exact location. When my husband called 911 Adrian took assessment and command of our circumstances without hesitation. He closed the netting to keep us secluded from on lookers. When my husband handed Adrian the phone, because my husband wanted to attend to our daughter and did not know the address of our location, Adrian gave the 911 operator the address and specific instructions so that they could get to us in the back of the lot faster. Adrian's team members also went into action by professionally redirecting the crowd keeping the environment in safe control. This provided us the privacy we needed so not to feel like we were on display by other customers. This was so comforting for us at such a vulnerable and critical moment. Albert was also very genuine and kind making sure that once the emergency crew arrived there was an open and safe path for them to reach us efficiently. Once paramedics arrived, Adrian asked for my debit card and processed the payment of our tree and had it ready to go and put it in our vehicle without skipping a beat. This part is very important, because Adrian was helping us he knew our story that every year our daughter picked the tree, and that this is going to be our last Christmas together for a while before she moves across the country. So that tree that our daughter picked meant a great deal to us as part of our family tradition. As we left, Albert made sure to give us a direct point of contact with him insisting that we update them, so they know that our daughter was going to be okay. Thank you Adrian, Albert, and crew of angel elves on the Christmas tree lot that day, everyone was so wonderful with insuring the safety and well being of our daughter, not to mention maintaining the peace of mind of two very worried parents. Your store is lucky to have such exemplary employees at your store. All of you showed what it truly means to go above and beyond, and should be acknowledged for the tremendous act of human kindness that you exemplified that day. It's either this location or the on on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood so they like to stay low key and go here. Great staff too. If you see a bunch of convict looking guys at one edge of the parking lot, which I am guilty of being a part of, it's because the parole officer is right next door.”
