“Our stay was great! Staff is awesome ...I was very hesitant based on reviews but I think people don't understand Venice Beach! The homeless are part of the folklore of the entire beach :) the rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was the best and the roof top gave us the best view of the NYE fireworks. Downside and reasons for my 4 stars, the sofa beds need some upgrades as soon as possible!!!”

“We texted them and asked if they had any openings for that day for the Groupon for 2 people 2 hours. They texted back soon after and told us what time and where. We got there and they were really nice and patient. They even caught a few people who were running late up to speed during the beach portion. Very thorough. Lots of info and individual help. Then we went into the water. They worked tirelessly to take turns helping us to catch waves and encouraging us. Giving extra bits of advice throughout the time in the water. This was a great experience! Highly recommend.”

It’s like walking into an art gallery that clearly says no photos and pulling out your camera.. just not okay. Respect the artist and if you like the art so much support the artist-buy something and then take all the photos you want!”

“The only rental store with full protective gear for skating (knee pads are important!) and a progressive rate for 2 hours ($14) while other stores goes from 1 hour rate ($8) straight to 3 hours ($20). They have mostly K2 and were very kind, patient and fair. Great location, just across the parking lot. Highly recommended!”
