“First of all I just love Holiday Inn. We never book with any other Hotel when we travel, however, THIS location is my favorite. Not only is this location right in the middle of everything you need in beautiful LA, the staff are super nice and actually care about their guests. Everyone who works here is nice: from the front desk staff to the maintenance guys, to the housekeepers and servers. My family and I love staying here. It feels like home away from home. The continental breakfast is good, the pool and hot tub are well maintained, the room we stayed in was clean and actually the same one we had last time. I love that you guys put us in the same room, it made us feel like you remembered us from our last visit ♡ We will be staying here every time we stay in LA. “To be honest, I was hesitant to take my parents to get their passports to this locations due to many negative reviews. Overall I had a great experience starting with Nate the 1st clerk. He was nice ,informative and had patience with other people. We arrived before 9am and out by 9 :40am which was not bad because we process two passports. The Clerk Yvette had great customer service . The supervisor/manager was nice and was helping with the flow which made the process run smooth and a bit faster. I can only comment on the personnel I came in contact with . Good Luck!”
