“Thank You Billy!! Our sofa looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. We had some young visitors and one drew on the back of our off-white microfiber sofa with black ball point pen. The idea of the ink coming out didn't look very promising. Our stain guard warranty that was added to the sofa when we purchased it had expired, but I called the place where we purchased the sofa anyway asking what we'd do or who we'd call if it were still under warranty. They said if we were still under warranty then PRIUS CARPET CLEANING Carpet & Upholstery is the local company who would do the work to get the stain out. I called and made an appointment. The woman on the phone did say they can not guarantee pen ink will come out it's one of the harder stains to take out, especially on off white. We made the appointment. Billy came to the house, looked at the stain and told us the same thing. He said he'd do his best, but he doesn't know if it will come out or if we'll still be able to see it. He worked his magic (and it was a hot day and we don't have air-conditioning. I don't know many people who would work that hard in the heat). We were so happily surprised when he was done. That stain is gone! Our sofa looks brand new! We're still doing a happy dance. It's rare to see people taking their work seriously and having such attention to detail. We've gotten used to being disappointed by a lot of mediocre work and Billy is just awesome! He really does his best, as if it's his own home. We are so happy and so thrilled. “I was incredibly humbled by this shop very quickly after going in. On the surface it is an auto detailing supply shop, which is extremely accurate because they have so many tools and cleaning options to detail any car top to bottom, inside and out! But there are multiple other reasons that you could find yourself stopping by, they have UPS / Amazon Hub / and individual PO Box pickups for packages and mail, and they also provide 2 different types of in-house filtered water(Alkaline and Kangen). The eclectic range of services is impressive, but the truly outstanding aspect of this shop is easily the owner, Harut. After I came in just looking for some cleaning supplies for my car, Harut kept learning more and more from me to make sure he showed me all the options that would be perfect for me. Considering the wide range of options and sizes available, I would have been looking around the shop for an easy 20 minutes while figuring out what I needed. As I explained more about the project I was working on, he genuinely became very interested in my personal goals and ambitions. He listened, heard, and provided supportive encouragement as well as personal suggestions of different ideas for me to think about and consider. Our conversations strayed so far away from car cleaning supplies in the moments after he helped me find everything I needed, and I ended up spending an extra 10 minutes in the shop just to chat. I learned that he was the owner of 2 shops and he works 7 days a week between them. He also has his personal phone number on his business cards, insisting that you can call or text anytime you need. It’s more than obvious how much pride he takes in his business, and that makes it way more than easy to take pride in supporting a locally owned and operated business. I can’t stress enough how much I’d recommend stopping by this shop if, and when, you are in need of any of the services provided. Not only will you receive quality products but, if you get the pleasure to meet Harut, you will immediately be treated with respect and love. Many blessings, my friend! “*Staff was very helpful and friendly! (with an exception. Not rude, but just going through the motions). I went on a Saturday afternoon and little to no wait. -- I HAD NO APPOINTMENT. -The staff guided me through the process and when I forgot a doc for Real ID, the attendant ask if I lived near by "..to go get it and come right back." Which is exactly what I did. The second time took longer only because she was helping a family with passports, but as soon as she realized I was back, she had everything ready and had me sign a paper and I was out the door. Many thanks to this DMV! -NO HORROR STORIES AT THIS DMV. And I've been to many of them.”
