After I did some Cardio..I did the walk around the indoor track... they told me 11 times around was a mile .. so I started slow with 4 laps😊 so maybe I did a quarter mile😊 Can't wait to come back and enjoy one of the Fitness dance classes or either the lap pool or whirlpools...”
