They were super professional and I came out with a prescription that i picked up next door. You will need to wait of course, but it isn't hours. My appointment was at 9:30am, and I saw the doc around 10:21am. The medical insurance staff was so friendly and competent. I had a great experience and I'm due for a regular checkup next week!
