I've only taken a class with Val and Jeff but they are very thorough, verbalize instructions clearly, and I like how the classes are more traditional and not so "Westernized". Always been a fan of heated yoga, I always feel amazing after class even if it was more exhausting than expected. Can't wait to return!”

“I have had many concussions throughout my life and the last most serious one due to a car accident that laid me up for a month. The last 17 years since the head trauma I have not felt very "Sharp." I used the unlimited version of the training program for a month. I did 30 sessions in all and noticed significant improvement in my ability to focus, sleep, get things done and be less anxious. For instance, as I was preparing for the start of a new school year I experienced no anxiety about the approaching demands nor about meeting new students and parents. That was a first in my 20 plus years as an educator. It has been over a month without the training and I still am doing well with focus and ability to get things done. I feel "Sharp" again and life has been more manageable since the training.”

“I went to Rosarito 20 minutes before closing and I could see it was dark but the slim guy was in there mopping 😲 I was banging on the door and he ignored me! He came over and blew me off! We closed already! I could see that the food was still there! I gave my sad face 😭😑 he left! The Sweet bigger guy / Chef saw me and came back over...said we were busy and ran out of food! 😔 Sorry,😔 I said what you got left? He asked me what I wanted . 2 birria enchiladas plates. “I had a great experience today at Shears. I'm visiting my sister who goes there on a regular basis and is very happy. I really needed a touch up on my color and a haircut. She recommended that I see Linda. I was able to call just a few days in advance and get an appointment. The salon is very cute and clean. Linda is very knowledgeable and patient. She gave me a weave touch up & a great haircut. I think I will visit my sister more often so I can continue my touch ups there. This salon is really worth the price! Its a busy place and they still manage to be friendly, and offer you coffee and lay out goodies to eat! I would recommend Shears to anyone who wants a nice little place to go where they know what they are doing!”

Not only did he come in and assess the best way for me to get surround sound around my house and by the pool, he saved me a bunch of money by suggesting something different than what I was thinking. My system is now seamless around my house and my entertainment center is all controlled now by ONE REMOTE! Its dreamy! Of course having new tech always comes with questions, but Tom was always quick with an answer or and even did some further customizations - for no additional costs!
