“Has everything you need to lift weights and do cardio. If you come during the day it is crowded before noon, but if you can only fit in your workout like me at 6 its pretty empty. The clientele is an older crowd who don't really go for the weights so you're never waiting around for a machine. Everyone is friendly and is kept a lot cleaner than most gyms which I love! They offer classes, but I think you pay extra for those.”

“I love this gym! I needed a work out to get my body moving in between dance practice. Everyone is super sweet and motivating. The instructors and students do an excellent job creating a close sense of community for support, whatever your fitness goal might be. The high energy and positive atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for. It's refreshing to be in an environment that's judge free and fun! Coming from a wall flower and the shyest person ever, I highly recommend giving a few classes a shot. It got me out of my shell and feeling confident walking at night. I love that it's a high intensity work out w knowledge you can take home if you ever have to hold your ground. And as a woman that's an empowering feeling.”

“Haven't been in three yrs due to location but it's a great gym with good amount of equipments for cardio and weightlifting. they also have classes frequently which i've never attended. Customer service and trainers very friendly and doesn't bother you. Easy cancellation. Only gripe is that unlimited guest pass only allow each person two sessions so when i have multiple yr membership, guest pass is pointless. One guest pass a month would've been better. Overall, it can get crowded like every other gym but the layout made it less cramped.”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. This gym is amazing and so are the owners and coaches. Coach Kris cares so much about the members as individuals- he is very focused on helping each person reach their fitness goals and feel confident and welcome in the gym. I joined with a previous ankle injury and he has gone so far out of his way to scale workouts, supply resources, and help me stay motivated. Fitness has always been outside of my comfort zone, but CrossFit 310 has completely changed that. I now see myself as an athlete and I have this gym to thank.”
