“This is our go to place whenever we are craving for pho. The broth is really good and it won't make us thirsty. Spring rolls aren't wrapped with rice paper but still pretty good taste. Good portion. Lots of meat. The new soup noodles I tried this time was bun bo hue. I love bun bo hue, and I've tried so many places, including many restaurants in little Saigon. Pho bro is now my new favorite place for bun bo hue. The taste is flavorful but not greasy. I added all the veggies in the soup and I enjoyed every bite.”

“This place is truly a gem in the plaza! I was around the area and wanted to try something new and found Beijing Tasty House by accident, the best type of accident! We ordered Spicy Pork Intestines Dry Pot, Beef Sandwich, and Spicy Steamed Cold Noodles. All of them are better than I expected, especially the dry pot & beef sandwich. Dishes are very flavorful without being salty. We didn't get thirsty (high MSG) afterward. The beef sandwich is huge and not dry at all. Dishes here are a bit more expensive but dishes are legit and tasty. We are ready to come back next time to try their Bejing Duck!”

“Went on a Friday night so the place was pretty crowded. Background music was mostly kpop. There is a wait list by the door you’re supposed to use. Wish clearer directions were given by the staff or a sign, as I ended up standing awkwardly next to the door until a server pointed to the door where the wait list paper was hanged. The cheese corn and beef tongue tasted pretty good (especially the cheese corn after the edges crisped up). But feel like the taste of the curry cream udon dropped from my last visit in January.”

“Have to say one word about this place: masterpiece! The food was absolutely delicious and for the price it's such a huge bargain! We got the crusted filet fish that comes with sides of potatoes, corn and broccoli along a dish of linguine with scallops. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portion was ginormous. “When I get a craving for hotpot, this is the first place that comes to mind. Their soup bases are tasty, with a variety of meat and vegetable options. The service is always friendly and inviting. The only thing they need to worry about is upgrading their tables and chairs. I believe the heat from the hotpot cracked the table, making it appear unsafe and uneven when they placed the pot on the mini oven inside the table.”

“Portion is just right! Depending what you order, they’ll have mini side dishes. We wanted to experience the cooking part! The beef cutlet had a great texture. Pretty good quality meat. The sauce was also good! The sauces complimented the meal well. The pork cutlet in the sauce with cheese was good on the first few bites. The sauce was pretty heavy for me. It’s the same flavor for every bite so I didn’t end up finishing that dish. Party of 6 or more will have a gratuity added automatically. We went around 3:20.. and it was empty but when 4 hit, people started coming in so if you’re going for dinner. I’d go in early.”

Update 3/28/2022 : I went here the other day for a drink, was told they are short staffed and I've cream machine down. Then I went back today, ordered and employee gave us one wrong drink and a chocolate shake that looks like it's seen better days. Presentation of food went way down hill. Maybe because they are short staffed but still take some pride in your work! It might be awhile till I hit this location again.....”
