“You think about getting ramen, but you want something healthier? Try rice noodles. LuDingJi will open your world to rice noodle soup. Parking is usually plenty, just go to their underground lot. The restaurant is relatively clean. Food is served pretty instantly, so that's great news for hangry (hungry and angry 🤣) customers. Servers are polite and friendly too. The only complaint I have is the lighting in this restaurant is kind of dark. To order, it's 3-step to get your bowl of rice noodle goodness: 1. Choose your soup base 2. Choose your entree 3. Choose your carbs, but really just get rice noodles! 👌 4. -- Side note: please get some add-ons as the dish doesn't come with many things. -- Food we ordered: - Tomato soup (8/10): For those who can't eat spice, this is Really REALLY GOOD! It's not too salty, the rice noodle textures were mildly chewy and tasty. I added fatty beef and some vegetables. Overall, the portion given is plenty. - Chili Pumpkin (10/10): A little spice, but this is probably my favorite hands down! The spice has a mild sweet-sour flavor to it. I really enjoyed this. - Shou Zhua Bing (6.5/10): This is basically roti canai with meat. I actually liked the dish. I gave it a low rating because I felt like the meat was cold but I thoroughly enjoyed the roti canai! Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to try a ramen alternative. ✨🤤”

“Love this place! Their service is quick and the food is delicious! The food taste so fresh and not greasy. The server told us the chefs wake up at 4am and start cooking so everything you eat is made fresh daily. We got their sweet tofu soup (made with ginger and peanuts, not sweet), the salty tofu soup (wasn't salty), the Chinese donut, egg onion pancake, the leak turnover(looks like an empanada has egg leak and green onion inside), and the beef roll. We also got their house made pastry to go. Servers are friendly and accommodating. Although this is a Mandarin speaking restaurant/community, they do speak English. So don't be shy and stop by.”

“We have a group of 30 for lunch. The food was great with the classic Cantonese taste. Prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent. We love every dishes, the kids especially loved the beef and broccoli with the beef being very tender and the broccoli cooked just right, not overcook. Will come back again.”

“Love this place especially because they have a no rice option. They are not stingy with their avocado which is a huge plus for me. However, the past 4x (in a row) I've been here they haven't had the nude roll which is super disappointing. This is the one that is wrapped in cucumber which is my fave. The only time when they had it was when the owner was there. Overall, love the variety of choices they offer and decent price.”
