I've also had a private session with Michelina and she was able to tailor the yoga so my lower back wouldn't hurt from yoga. I've also attended and co-facilitated at her workshops. She is very professional along the entire way and makes it easy for the facilitator to come in and focus on providing a service to those that attend.
