“A HUGE shout out to Bouquet Auto! My car literally broke down as I pulled into the parking lot to buy jumper cables. Matthew came out to test my battery ( clearly dead), but after putting in a new one also tested my alternator, which was deader than dead! If he hadn’t taken the time to do so my new battery would have been drained by the end of day from running my car. Not only did he and his coworker assess the problem, but actually took the time to fix everything for me right there in the parking lot! Thanks for going over and above with your customer service!!”

“Must have a membership. Called to set up a tire rotation appointment. When I arrived they measured the tread on all 4 tires. Since I will be needing new tires soon so I purchased the one-time 6000 mile tire rotation for about $15. There is a $40. deal that covers lifetime rotation of the tires on the car at time of service. Also if you buy your tires there the tire rotation is included for the new set of tires. Car was done in less than 40 minutes. Excellent service. FYI...Gas station on-site at a lower cost for members.”

“I was driving from LA back home to the Bay. We were in Sherman Oaks when our A/C went out so I told my wife to look for a shop in the Santa Clarita area. She found this shop that had reviews of this shop being very honest and of course very happy customers. Floyd got my A/C blowing cold again and it was more than just a recharge that was needed for my A/C. He noticed my battery had died while he was working on it so he charged my battery and changed my much needed cabin filter replacement. I had no idea that changing out my cabin filter would give me more gas mileage. It went from 265 miles distance to empty to 385 miles after he serviced my vehicle. If that not what did it then I don’t know what else did. For 2 years I’ve noticed my mileage went from almost 400 miles at full tank to 285 miles. Whatever he did I’m back to 400 miles on a full tank. I’ve serviced my vehicles at other shops and told them about it and they just said, those things are never accurate. I’m a very satisfied customer and if I didn’t live so far this would be my mechanic.”
