“Great service from the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with Edgar to get a rough estimate on a necklace repair. Went in and Lacy helped me out, was super friendly, told her I spoke with Edgar earlier and he acknowledged me. Asked if I could get a complementary cleaning on my pendant while we filled out paperwork and was more than willing to do so. Will definitely be back for future repairs, highly recommend.
