Studio 7 Pilates

Studio 7 is amazing! I had never taken a Pilates class before taking advantage of their complimentary class. Luci and Jen are so welcoming and supportive. I was met with encouragement, supportive, and non-judgement. After my first class, I immediately signed up. You should absolutely take a class at Studio 7.

I love this studio! I never regret taking the time out for myself. I leave feeling stronger every time. Looking forward to getting stronger! Luciana is the best cheer leader!

I availed their complimentary first class and class was great! The studio has a really nice vibe and the instructor, Luciana, was warm and welcoming. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would describe the class as a hybrid between traditional pilates and Lagree. A few downsides (for me) though is that the class does not seem to be beginner friendly. There were a few beginners in my class and I didn't feel like they were given enough attention. Some studios offer a free 'intro to pilates' or 'pilates 101' class that helps beginners get familiar with the machines and terminologies. This studio might benefit from offering a class of some sort. Another negative is that there are 8 reformers. I find that it's hard for instructors to fully and truly pay attention to each client if there are more than 6 reformers. Nonetheless, the studio is worth checking out!
