I think I'm the grumpy old filipino lady, (no other FILIPINOS work there that I know of) I apologize if I didn't accept any toys from a donor who was only trying to be kind and help, especially 12 bags full of them, although I do not recall doing so. I work super hard and only do as I am told. Everyone there does work really hard to maintain the store and offer great customer service to there best of their abilities. “A throwback to the old days when a hardware store had the stuff you needed and the help you wanted. Even though it is an ACE store, they have not lost the old time feel and service. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Head to Woods for any hardware need, especially if it is an uncommon, out of the ordinary and you need more choices than what you find in the big box stores. Prices are on par with the big boys too.”
