A little understaffed, but that's too be expected when things are just now reopening. The staff who were there were friendly. I wish they would thin out some of the thousands of treadmills and install some more machines, but that might be an issue of supply and demand. The hydromassage needs are bloody brilliant.

The atmosphere is exceptional! The coaches are so helpful, encouraging, and awesome! Everything is so clean. Recommended!!

Overall very helpful trainers pushing you to do your best. Push you to your limits and make sure you’re successful. As a beginner they are very helpful in everything I do. Great environment and amazing teamwork amongst everyone.

Been a member for almost 4 years now. Great programming, wonderful coaches. Anything you need to work on in your fitness journey, from beginner fitness to long time athlete, they got you here. Wonderful community of people always very welcoming to anyone that comes through the doors

I have been going to CrossFit insurgent Walnut since 2014 . It was my New Year's resolution. I have been going everyday since. 4 years later, I'm in the best shape of my life at 40! This is not just a place I workout at. This is my second home, my refuge from all of life's stressors. The coaches are amazing and they truly care about your fitness journey. It has a very light familial atmosphere that caters to all walks of life . You literally know everybody! So if you're serious about getting healthy and feel great about yourself come and check it out.
