I just wish there were more flat benches and squat racks and less cardio machines. Any given day the weight section is packed and I’ve never had a hard time finding an empty cardio machine. “This studio is nice, but it is small. The reviews are true — these classes are pretty full, especially in the early morning. There are 12 spots per class and they fill up quickly. The only way I’m able to successfully book a schedule is by having an unlimited membership (booking in advance). I am freelance and have a flexible schedule so I usually take the classes at 2 pm - 4 pm during the week as those have spaces in them. I’ve gotten off the waitlist for a few classes, which I was pretty happy about and immediately notified thru the Club Pilates app. There’s a few things I wish they would have, such as a mic for instructors and having the music a little bit louder but I understand there are neighboring businesses, so that might be why. Hopefully, they add some level 2 classes sometime soon! Personally, the studio has been a blessing for me since it’s down the street from me!”

“I LOVE this place and have been coming for about 7 years. I have had about 8 or so massages in total at this location and liked it enough I brought my mother back to treat her to a massage. I usually get a foot/body massage because I feel like I am able to get most of my tension spots addressed. The facility is clean and they do their best to keep it quiet and create a relaxing experience. I've had different therapist each time and they all were great in my opinion. If you want more/less pressure you just ask and they will adjust to your needs. I have tried the essential oils and hot stone add-on which was nice. They send you birthday deals and free upgrades every once in a while. I haven't joined as member but they do offer a membership with discounts. Over all I recommend this location for a foot and body massage.”

“It's good for general fitness. There are a lot of options if you're just trying to get (back) into shape or a bodybuilder. e.g. the normal stuff, a pool, turf, basketball room, wood floor rooms(tennis?, Yoga). However, there are limited machines for powerlifting. Unfortunately no platforms here, 2 squat racks, 3(?) flat benches, and 4(?) Smith machines. Management seems good. They're hospitable and I saw management ask a couple boys to put their masks on. It's good that they follow safety regulations. Every gym will have "those guys" but the community seems alright and comfortable for all fitness levels.”

I left satisfied with her and my experience. I came from Newport news to my hair styled. It's worth the drive. P.s when I walked into Mrs.Bells salon for the first time. She said I think I did your hair before. I said oh no was my sister ( we aren't twins I'm) she moved and before I could complete the sentence Lakisha said to New York. Lakisha began to speak of her memory of my sister; to my surprise because the last time my sister visited the shop 2013. I said this to say her clients are not just another face and a head of hair to her. She really knows her client's and clearly doesn't forget one.”
