“I had a problem with my garbage disposal this morning. I called Elite Plumbing & Hydro-Jetting in Whittier. They sent over Elijah. Elijah was professional. He called me to let me know he was heading over and answered all my questions when he arrived. When he looked at my Garbage Disposal he determined it was something very simple to fix and was done fixing it in less than a minute. Since it was a simple quick fix he did not charge me. I appreciate Elijah coming out and making the right call not to charge me for a simple fix. This shows me that Elijah is honest and trustworthy. “I had a horrible grinding sound coming from my front passenger wheel well and I was afraid it might not even be safe to drive. I spoke with Radu over the phone and he said to bring it in and he would take a look at it. He was so friendly and polite, immediately jump to work looking at my car. He took it for a little test drive around his property and then put it up on the left. It turned out that there was a small piece of plastic pressed up against the rotor. He moved it out of the way and then inspected my brakes and let me know that I had between 5 and 10000 miles left on them. I asked if I should get them changed now and he said no, that it was fine to wait, that I had plenty of time. Ive only been to one other mechanic who was honest and told me something could wait. Especially as a woman, I feel as though they tend to give me tons of different things that I need to fix right now or my car is going to explode in a ball of fire on the freeway. I am so very grateful that I was able to leave with my car no longer making a sound without having spent a penny. I will definitely be back in 5 to 10 thousand miles to get my brakes done.”
