“During a recent wind and rainstorm my furnace as well as my computer and all my light bulbs were wiped out by a hot neutral power surge from the Edison transformer in our back yard. My insurance adjuster sent out an investigator who looked at the furnace and determined that our best solution was to replace it. With the temperature in the 40’s I called several Heating and air conditioning companies about having the furnace repaired or replaced. Xavier was the first to schedule an appointment .He was very professional and was even willing to discuss the matter with my adjuster over the phone. I did get two other estimates higher and noncommittal, insisting on seeing all other estimates before offering their own. Xavier is the owner of his company and was extremely honest and professional. He and his employee, Ron are great craftsmen and did an excellent job removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Everything was explained fully and done in less than a day. I have nothing but praise for these two and for the great work they did. I highly recommend Varitek Comfort Systems to everyone .”
