“I personally own 3 of their bags the Lil guy, the burrito bag, and the saddle bag. They’re all very high quality and I use them on a daily basis with ZERO problems whatsoever. I even took a spill with my Lil Guy and none of the fabric even came close to tearing. Amazing customer service, and equal quality products. For bags of any sort I will be going to RoadRunner! MUCH LOVE!”

“Why walk when you can ride a golf cart. It is really helpful to rent a golf cart to see the main points of Catalina Island. I was only in Catalina Island for the day and the golf cart saves time to be able to do other activities. You can see all the main points via the route they recommend in one hour. However, it is better to rent it for the full 2 hours in case you want to see the Wrigley Memorial & Botanical Gardens. The price for 2 hours is $90.00 and there is a $45 cash (only) deposit fee. You get the deposit back once the cart is returned. The driver who gave me the golf cart was friendly to show how to operate it. My recommendation is to make sure to reserve a time frame online. The golf carts sell out quickly when you arrive to the island. The company provides a map that shows the streets and route to take to get the best views.”

“Great customer service. Came for parts. Reasonable prices. Definately my one stop shop. I came into the shop on Feb 1st, 2019 to have my son's rear BMX wheel aligned because it was severely bent. I thought I had to replace the entire rim. The bike tech said it was fixable. I came back the same day to pick it up and my rim was straight as a pencil ! I was amazed at their great work. The low cost was great too. I also came in for wheel bearings and they also hooked me up . Thank you guys for putting me back on the road. Great customer service too.”

“I purchased a used bicycle for my granddaughter that was completely rebuilt and looks and works like new. She is a very happy little girl who now wants grandpa to go bike riding with her. Needless to say the owner Sean was very helpful with finding me an entry-level bike at an affordable price. The bike was shipped directly to me and guaranteed to always run smoothly courtesy of Hurley's Cyclery. Kudos to Sean and his operation for helping not only my granddaughter but me stay healthy and fit. Check him out, give him a try. Sean is outstanding and really cares about his passion, people and the community. I feel compelled to mention that Sean is a war vet that did two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Thank you for your service and thank you for this awesome bicycle business. I will never go to a big box store because I like service with a personal experience and you are outstanding at both. Thank you. ”

“My go-to shop in the Santa Clarita Valley - always helpful and attentive, and a good group of people. Some people may complain about higher prices, but that's what happens when having to compete with online retailers who sell to a much larger customer base at little to sometimes no profit margin. For example, if Large Online Retailer sells 150 tubes a day vs. Local Shop who on average might sell 5, Large Online Retailer will get better pricing from the distributor and can also afford to sell for less as well, which drives the overall price far lower than Local Shop could sell for.”

“I went into the shop with my son's bike that had been purchased at a big box store. It was Saturday on a holiday weekend. I'm sure that Chad had more lucrative things to do. Nonetheless, the bike needed the wheel put back on as my we had a lost lug nut. The brakes were a disaster and needed to be tightened and adjusted. Chad took great care of me. He helped me understand the differences between bikes at the big box stores and ones that were made to last. While sharing that information, he did not make me feel "less than." He understood the budget issues. He took great care of me. I left with a bike that would last a little longer in under thirty minutes. When it's time to buy a bike for my son, there will not be a big box store for me, I'm going to Chad at Canyon Bicycles. Thanks for taking great care Chad!”

“The Quest can't be beat for the money. I've only had it one day. I put 20 miles on it and 1 endless smile. I'd suggest it to anyone looking for a fun commuter or that n+1 gravel rig. I replace the tires with something more gravel friendly. 38mm tires fit just fine.”

“Bicycle Sam has gone through several owners since the original owner retired. Last month, I discovered the store has a new owner, a young man who is a serious mountain biker. He has put in a lot of effort to clean up the store, including building a dedicated workshop for bike service. I had bad brakes on my bike and they fixed it up and now it runs smooth and quiet. I am so happy to have them in Monrovia. Please check out the store again. You will be pleasantly surprised.”

“I know this company is getting tons of poor reviews but my experience has been good. I purchased around Black Friday (50cc grizzly clone). I received email confirmation a bout 3 or 4 days later. Two boxes arrived about a week later. The assembly is not recommended for non mechanical people. I have plenty of tools and am mechanically minded so I got through it. It looks great and I cannot wait for my son to ride it Christmas morning. It is long from ready on arrival but for the price I’m not complaining.”

“First time coming into the shop. We brought in 4 bikes we have had sitting in the garage for a long time. We weren’t sure how much work was going to be needed on them. We had new grips placed on 1 of our bikes, another had a flat tire and all 4 bikes needed air in the tires. We were assisted by Angie, she was very helpful and honest and didn’t over price us. We were expecting them to try and make us replace a lot of parts on the bikes and buy all new tires but Angie honestly evaluated all 4 bikes and gave us ideas of how long parts will last and if they really need to be replaced at this time. She could of taken advantage of us since we knew nothing about bikes but she didn’t. Prices were great especially considering the great service we received.”

“The only rental store with full protective gear for skating (knee pads are important!) and a progressive rate for 2 hours ($14) while other stores goes from 1 hour rate ($8) straight to 3 hours ($20). They have mostly K2 and were very kind, patient and fair. Great location, just across the parking lot. Highly recommended!”

“I worked with Peter, he was very courteous and professional. My expertise on bikes is non-existent. Once my chain starts making weird noises, I can never fix it. After talking about the different models, I did a demo. The demo ride was the most useful aspect of the experience. The amount of power is very impressive. Overall, a pain-free, low pressure buying experience with very knowledgeable sales staff. A+ and thank you again.”

“Their knowledge of bicycles and a person's needs was astounding. Even more so, was their willingness to share that information. They care about their craft and the work they do, as well as, the people they are doing the work for. Best bike shop experience I've had. Will be a faithful goer hence forth.”
