“I recently under went 8 sessions for my knee. For about 4 years now, I've been having knee problems and the doctors told me that I had to stop taking ibuprofen. During the 8 sessions, I learned various exercises and stretches for my legs. I also learned how to properly strap on a knee brace, learned alternative methods to dealing with the pain such as ice pack, and learned about taping methods for my knee. I gradually reduced my ibuprofen dosage & by the end of the last session I was no longer taking it. The rehab centered definitely helped.... it was work, but if you want to get better, you have to put in the effort.”
