“This is an absolutely wonderful facility. They take care of their patients and the family. They updated us on the condition of our family member on a regular basis. Those involved in treatment (nurse, physical therapist, social services coordinator) met with us in a contactless setting and answered our questions. When we were dealing with insurance issues they stepped in to provide guidance. The staff was patient in helping us understand areas where we were questioning coverage decisions. They assisted us in finding a good board and care upon release. Then, when most facilities would end the relationship, they followed up to coordinate getting a hospital bed, physicial therapy and physician-nurse on-site visits. You can not go wrong with this hospital.”
