“This is an excellent 55 and older establishment. The clubhouse has a workout room below as well as a swimming pool, the office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and work hard to make the common areas enjoyable for everyone. The homes are kept up very nice as well as the yards, and everyone that I have have met is very pleasant and seems pleased to be a part of this community. Access to the freeway some shopping is close, but the environment is quiet with lots of Wildlife, so you would not know you were as close to a main shopping area as you really are. If you are looking for a 55 and older community you should contact kloshe to see about any available homes for sale.”

“I'm here to do some painting & drywall work for one of the couples living here. I live 1 block away in a townhouse and I must say these places are better looking then my home. This place must be high end. I heard some of these homes are going for $300,000. Oh my. Inside the place I'm working in it definitely looks every penny. I hope I am able to retire here with my wifey one day. The streets are clean and you never see any trash. It's a beautiful place for sure.”

“I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.”

Since she’s been here, on multiple occasions I’ve had to go in and talk to her or call the office, and she’s always promptly there and ready to help! Hopefully soon they repave the roads, but for now the fill ins are helping!”

“Clean, well maintained campsites with water and fire pits. Restrooms are surprisingly clean with hot water showers. Wildlife here include squirrels, raccoons, & skunks. None of them were a problem. They will get into your food at night if it is not properly stored. Great for the family or solo. We had an all around good time here!”

PETS AND ROOMMATES ALLOWED but no kids. Very quiet, everyone keeps to themselves, no hoarders allowed. Spaces don't come often but if one does, grab it.
