Great for new families and investors. Lot fees are reasonable for the amenities you get for residency. Neighbors are diverse and friendly as well.”

“Pretty calm and clean place to live. I like it. Rules are pretty strict and facility hours could be a little more flexible. Rent does go up but goes up everywhere. Still cheaper than renting and apartment or buying a house. If you keep your space neat they don't bother you.”

“On the beach. Great sunrise and sunsets. You can play in the ocean after just a short walk to the beach. Everyone is friendly. It's a tight fit but remember this is downtown LA on the beach. Besides that we really enjoyed the stay. We even made a bon fire on the beach using one of the cement fire rings. Will definitely come back if we are passing through again.”

“Decent place to stay, good rates. Place is gated, little to no issues in the nearly 2 years my bus was set up here. Someone i worked with had a bicycle come up missing. I had NO issues with any packages delivered coming up missing. Only bad thing i will say, there are TOO MANY CATS running around loose, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. Oh......also, being that this place is in LA basically......the power grid sucks, but that's not the Parks fault. Had to run a step up transformer because the A/C would kick the circuit in the summer time if I didn't.”
