He quickly had me bring my car to the back and did a visual check on all four tires and checked the air pressure as well, He told us that sometimes when a new tire hits new asphalt, a howling sound may occur - that is exactly what we were hearing. He reassured us that the tires were all good and even even cleaned all four tires. I will always buy any new tires from Discount/America's Tires. Just gotta love their business model!
