“Very helpful and informative as I spoke to them over the phone. Because of my father's near deafness I was worried about trying to get everything done, they were so caring and sweet. Dad wanted to finish the arrangements for him and mom's final care. Ron and the staff were always going out of there way to make sure my family was comfortable, as we met with him in person. We have since had to intern my father beside my mother, only 2 months after she died. Ron couldn't have gone more out of his way to help us. The staff made sure mom's brass plaque was up in time for Dad to be placed beside her. They made our grief so much easier by taking care of so much for us.”

“After a mistake of the wrong date engraved on the marker, they rectified the error as soon as they could. Not sure which party was responsible, but it was taken care of so my loved one can rest in peace. The staff was courteous and pleasant every time I called or visited in the past several years. The grounds are fairly well maintained, other than that some areas are not watered due to the drought. A very peaceful location.”

“5 Star Headache! Little or no communication, way over priced, no customer service, Carrera was a flat out "no-show" on two different occasions. What contractor locks in templating & installation dates & then does not show or call? Carrera does! Too many excuses, too many delays causing a "ripple" effect that cost us & the other sub contractors. Worst of all, is being flat out lied to on multiple occasions. Carrera Marbel rates a 5 Star headache.. Ugg, what a bummer”
