They had a problem solve a couple of things, and then had everything packed up and on the truck in a flash. Herber and Abel were incredible - my husband, in-laws and myself all marveled how great our movers were. Our favorite things were 1) they really hustled on the job 2) they took great care to wrap every item, going above and beyond to provide top quality service 3) they were personable. They had great attitudes and were very gracious and pleasant 4) they were experienced knew how to lift, carry and move each piece. “Pricing and execution were excellent. I appreciate the value added: they loaned us boxes, paper and wardrobes. (BTW, Rocky nailed the number of boxes we needed as well as his estimate to load the truck.), the disassembly/assembly of furniture, etc., their patience with my indecision as to the room in which to place the boxes as well as my failure to label the boxes by room. (I have never used professional movers, so my focus was finding what was in the boxes. I had assumed that everything would just be unloaded into the garage. There was one inexpensive heater got a ding/big dent. I have not found any other breakage or scratch. The crew worked really hard. I can't fathom how they do this day in day out. (Maybe they don't work quite that hard as we had a LOT of books and OVER LOADED boxes.) The crew never a complained to us. A gentle chiding maybe. I don't understand how they can be so cost effective. I speculate that it's related to experience and the number of years in business. I love that we could return all the materials to Rocky for future multiple reuses instead of trying to squeeze the materials into our recycling bin.”
