“I came into the store to look for a house warming gift for a dear friend. I happened to be in the area which worked out perfectly because I knew what I was looking for was somewhere in Hudson Grace. Entering the boutique I was greeted by, probably the most, gracious warm welcome. I’ve never walked into a store and had such an incredible entry experience between the music, the smell and the hospitality. I explained to the, piercing, blue-eyed woman that I was looking for a house warming gift for my friend. With out skipping a beat, she took on my goals as if they were her own by starting to learn about my friend in order to better seek this gift. Without even knowing it, she ended up picking out the EXACT set of serving platters that my friend had their eye on, but most likely would have never bought for themselves. I was floored at how spot on this wonderful stranger to me was. After helping me pick the perfect gift, and after our delightful conversations (which made me feel like a long lost friend) the woman (Jen I believe her name was) was also, on the sly, studying me. As we perused through all the beautiful product, she began to make me realize how many things I actually did need myself but have been too preoccupied to realize that I needed to treat myself. So in addition to my gift, I also walked out with a colander, hand lotion, strike stone, cutting board, beautiful hand blown glass bowls (that art perfect for eating guilty ice cream on a Tuesday night), a cheese board and a set of cheese knives. I now do nothing but refer people to Hudson Grace, but more specifically the Larkspur location because based on my experience alone, you can’t find what you get at this store anywhere else. I can’t wait to go back to look for more beautiful things and have a great time doing it. Thanks again to Jen and her team.”
