“I am very pleased with the service and product we received from HomeStory of Marin! My home needed all new closet doors and interior doors. I contacted HomeStory because they are located near my home. My husband and I visited the showroom to pick out the style for the doors and hardware. Shortly after Haime came over to our house to take measurements. He was polite and very professional! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. From there, we waited a couple of months, which was no problem and, when the doors arrived at the shop Yvette sent me an email to schedule the job. The job was scheduled for 6/13-6/15. 2 gentleman (Thomas and Elias) showed up at 9:00am sharp on 6/13. We introduced them to our 2 dogs and they couldn't have been kinder and more understanding that they were being barked at. They handled it very well! Thomas and Elias worked on our home for the next 3 days and were a pleasure to be around. By the second day my dogs loved them and so did we. Their communication was excellent and they both were very polite addressing us by "Mr. and Mrs. Kraemer" and, let us know step by step what they were doing and what the plan for the day was. Their workmanship was excellent, we were very happy with their work. We completely trust them both and we love the doors and closet doors. I brought my car in for an estimate and Vanessa offered me 2 choices, of which I chose the most affordable and least perfect fix.
