“This was the third project we have done with Carpet One and once again we were completely satisfied with the entire experience. This time we wanted to install LVT flooring in addition to the rooms we had done a couple of years ago. First they had to locate the exact material which had been discontinued (yikes!). Fortunately they found some in a warehouse in LA. Second, they needed to blend in the flooring so it looked seamless and like it had all be done at once. Mission accomplished. The install crew was punctual, professional, polite and left the house spotless. The sales process was simple and painless (once they found the material!). “Excellent and honest service. My toilet was backed up. I tried using a plunger and chemicals, but that did not work. Mr. Cedrick Johnson came through. He used a snake and also removed the entire toilet bowl. He found a plastic contraption that was supposed to clean the bowl after every flush. After removing the contraption and clearing out any build up, Mr. Johnson properly reinstalled the toilet and made sure that it was working properly. No leaks. Thank you Mr. Johnson!”
