Stone's Country Tires

I was beyond impressed with the quick service today. The manager and staff were very professional and thorough. The tech even used a torque wrench to tighten my lugs which i have never seen before. I would recommend this business any day over the so-called PRICE GOUGING malpractice "doctor" down the road that wanted to keep my vehicle half the day to patch a tire! Unreal. They even ripped me off before on parts and hours on a service I had done there a few years back, and they previously received a well deserved review! They overestimated the time to do a routine repair and were done in half the time, and used GARBAGE aftermarket parts marked up some 300%! I don't know why I bothered to even call them in the first place! For clarification, I'm referring to the "doctor," not Stone's.

We stopped in today due to a tire issue with 1 of the vehicles as we were heading east across country. We had 2 SUVs and a U-Haul truck. While they were fixing the tire on one of the SUVs, I looked over and one of the technicians was over checking the tire pressures on the U-Haul. He actually found some issues with the pressures and corrected them. This is a service they didn't have to perform. This is customer service that has gone above and beyond. Thanks guys

We use Stone's twice a year to switch to/from snow tires. Service is always friendly and quick. Yesterday I had a puncture. I was welcomed at the reception desk by a very friendly black lab who, lacking opposable thumbs, referred me to an equally friendly human. I had my truck back after lunch with no charge.

Be sure to make your seasonal tire change appointments a couple months ahead of time as they do get booked up. Another great service they offer is storage of your off-season tires.

Got a flat tire in the middle of big snowstorm
After numerous calls I found this tire shop. After two miles of slow drive I got all for tires which I really needed in twenty minutes at fair price. As a formed professional ice skater I like to skate but not on the roads😀

I had a nail in my tire and needed new wind shield wiper blades and just walked into stones and was greeted by the most adorable chocolate lab and sweetest lady, they got me in right away! I felt like we were a small town again!! Thank you so much Stone Tires!
