I have been to a lot of group exercise classes and I can easily say that GritCycle classes are the most fun and make me actually want to workout! “Everything about this studio is stellar! The instructors are knowledgeable and fun, the machines are state of the art, and the view is spectacular. The schedule is packed with a wide variety of classes in yoga (including aerial yoga) and barre as well as both Tower and Reformer Pilates. The classes tend to be small, so everyone can get personal attention, but frequent so you can always find a class. The best part, however, is the people. The students have a real sense of community - nourished by Jeannie - and are very welcoming to newcomers as well as supportive of each other. I feel truly blessed that I found this place!”

“Coach Mike is an excellent adult tennis instructor. His clinics and private lessons are fun, motivational and well tailored to the strengths and improving areas of each person’s game. They can also be great workouts! For context, I am a 50+ year old returning to the game after a 25+ year hiatus. Tennis is not much like riding a bike and playing the game has changed dramatically in those years. Mike has ‘retaught’ me the game, quickly enabled me to relay a skills foundation and up my game, and encouraged me to find my tennis joy from 25 years ago. Progressive clinics are simply loads of fun with the added element of a touch of competition. For anyone thinking of getting back to tennis or needing to improve specific skills, I recommend Mike Story!!!”

I’ve been SOL with other yoga studios when it comes to last minute cancellations and what not and they were super responsive and accommodating. Also their boutique is SO CUTE, and I buy last minute birthday gifts and outfits for myself at very reasonable prices. They have a great buyer. I’ve loved my experience at iHeart.”
