“I have never done a single sport in my life. My boyfriend found Williams academy of MMA online and thought it would be a cool new years resolution for us to try to get in shape. At first I was so nervous because im really shy and anxious, but Corey, Rob and Andy (the instructors) were extremely caring, patient, and friendly right off the bat. They made me feel comfortable and let me learn at my own pace. Now i can't stay away from this place! Not only is it a fantastic work out, its super fun to learn new techniques, meet new people, and they have really brought me out of my shell. Plus i feel confident in self defense (which is always good to know) The other students are so cool and friendly as well, and are so willing to teach me everything they know. This place is awesome!! 1000% would recommend to everyone looking for something new. Adults and kids should check this place out. Come punch stuff with us!!! They treat everyone like family here❤❤❤❤”
