“We had some typical construction snags of workers showing up late (or not at all) but the communication with this company is one reason I’m giving it 5 stars. I could pick up the phone and immediately reach Christina or Carina, or even the owner, Armando. They’d always get the answer for me or find out ETAs. They have different crews to accomplish different tasks: demolition, cutting and installing countertops, preparing surfaces, laying tile, etc. They were all really good and their work all looks great. This was a complete custom job along the way, and they all rose to the challenge and were very capable and professional. Big props to David Shorey, who came out for the original estimate, helped me pick out tile in Santa Ana, (20% discount!), and was there to assure me and handle my angst along the way. They stood by their work. The first tile I picked did not look good, so they ripped it out and put in a more appropriate tile—at no extra cost. I’d use them again.”
