“Home Depot is always Home Depot which ever way you look at it. Customer service has never been an issue for me at any one of their locations. The employees are abundant, knowledgeable about products and their locations, and always willing to help answer questions. This City of Industry floor plan was a bit different than the normal floor plan and going there for the first time did take me longer to locate the items I needed, however the 2nd and 3rd times I had been there I had gotten familiar with where things were. The only thing I can say negatively about this location is the ways in and out of the parking lot are tiny and can get congested because there are other places to eat and ship close by.”
