“Had a water pump gasket blow. Set up an appointment and had car towed in. They were very careful with my car as it had no fluid in the cooling system. Because issue on the car, they couldn’t give and estimate or time of cost to repair, which was reasonable in this circumstance. A few hours latter they called me with and estimate of the cost and time, explained what they needed to do to properly repair the car. The estimate was reasonable. The repair was completed timely at the estimated amount. Cooling system is now working fine with no issues. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be going back when service is needed.”

“First Ike here. Called John to see if they service diesel trucks. Apparently not many smog check places do. Fortunately he does. Great first impression while calling in. Added bonus he offered me a discount. I came in at 4:55 and the young man at the counter greeted me with a smile, not like my past experience with other shoos(sorry we are closing and shooing me a away). The to boot the waiting area far above the rest, very welcoming to all ages and relaxing. A little history, a little stress relief with the aquarium abs then for your entertainment movie playing if your in the mood. While siting in the waiting area, not minutes later, my truck was pulled to the back to be tested. What service, mind you they already other clients waiting. So far I’m so happy I found this shop and I wouldn’t have minded paying full price.”

“Good old fashioned service from these guys which is unfortunately rare in this day and age. We needed a client’s Pro Mod Drag Race Car Hauled from HB out to Chino. These guys were prompt, both with responses via email and or text and the driver was on time with a smile. Our driver was “Echo”, he expertly and carefully loaded the vehicle on the truck and towed it safely to the destination to unload it. Very easy going and great to work with. They have multiple view cameras to monitor the vehicle during the entire journey. Very professional. Highly recommend.
