“I had an appointment for myself, mother and bridesmaids 2 days before my wedding. Long story short, my nails looked terrible, that evening the gel coat that didnt cure was coming off in chunks and I was tears, as I would have to squeeze in time the next day, the day before my wedding, to have them completely re-done. I took photos and emailed the corporate office and Kimberly was so thoughtful and helpful and apologetic and has refunded me as well. She was kind and patient as I was telling her about the horrible experience and I'm grateful she gave me such excellent customer service. It was a real surprise last week when the ladies arrived. They brought flowers for my wife. They clean our apartment from top to bottom. I called the insurance company, multiple glass replacement shops, etc...and found that Fred was the friendliest and offered the best pricing. Fred not only had the best pricing, but he was able to come to us and replace the window the same day. Even though he had a very busy day, he arrived at exactly the time that he said he would be able to, and he worked quickly and efficiently. When he was done, he helped to vacuum and sweep up the glass that fell out of the door while performing the replacement. Super great guy with a great heart.
