“Great cafe in the neighborhood! Lots of snack and drink options to choose from. They even have frozen whole pies available for purchase! There’s a full bar with a cocktail and beer/wine menu as well as a Starbucks coffee station that obviously serves coffee as well as smoothies. They have some basic cafe foods available like sandwiches and some various appetizers. Great sitting area outside with an assortment of tables and couches. There are outlets available so it’s a great spot to sit and work. The outdoor area is partially covered and provides some shade from the sun.”

“This is the second Irvine Company property I have lived in and I can’t say a single negative thing about this place. Even during a pandemic they have made it the most comfortable place to live and have precautions in place to allow us to enjoy the amenities safely. We have incredible courtyards, dog parks, Olympic pools, bbq areas with TV and a cafe and bar with daily food specials that are out of this world. The leasing office and resident services respond to emails and phone calls immediately and the maintenance staff are some of the most talented and professional in the industry. I may never leave!”
